The location is excellent for the Book festival and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel can be dark, noisy, and my room had a missing wardrobe door, cracked sink, and wobbly bathroom shelf. All of these are repairable though.

Hope St is easy to get to from airport bus and near plenty of places to eat, see, and shop.

Very nice stay although room was very hot and stuffy not much air getting in room and very dark.
Top Tip
No car park better to use the NCP car park as you only get 3 hours street parking (and a parking ticket) that's if you can find a space.

the staff were very helpful and friendly and arranged flowers and champagne for the room on my husbands request without hesitation .the hotel is very modern and is a 2 minuet walk from princess st and rose st and 10 mins from the train station people have commented on the noise of the club in the basement we didnt find this a big deal as we were out till late and although you could here a little music we still fell to sleep and we were on the first floor

hotel was absolutely gorgeous, staff were friendly, and genuinely couldn't have done enough to help us and make our stay more comfortable. Only problem and it wasn't much of one was that room was a little small, other than that it would be a pleasure to stay in the Hudson again.
Top Tip
just around corner from Princes Street if shopping interests travellers and some lovely bars including the hotel bar/nightclub,where again the staff were most helpful.

Hotel, rooms, bar, location all superb, first floor rooms were noisy at night with bar and nightclub below, that said would definitely use it again.
Top Tip
