Limited facilities but ideal location to nearby Rugby Ground.
Very limited car parking (around 7 no ) and expenses pay and display adjacent.
Top Tip
Book restaurant during busy periods if rugby match or concert occuring. Had a terrible job finding somewhere to eat.

very clean, very friendly staff, efficient and quick check in/out, left luggage area at no extra charge.Would definately go there again even though at the Haymarket end of town. Only down fall was the hotel bar was very expensive.
Top Tip
make sure that the trams are finished as the only prob was with the road works, taxi's had to go through many diversions which made the taxi price a bit dearer, luckily for us there was 10 of us so that kept the individul price down.

The location was good, friendly staff, good restaurant and breakfast, good accomodation. Only one but, the fire alarm had several problems buzzing in the middle of te night, waking everyone up for nothing. The system was not working properly and we had to be woken up three times at 3, 4 and 7 am. Quite annoying!

Very comfortable hotel, well run by an effecient team. A good double glazing system ensures a good nights sleep with no traffic noise.
Top Tip
No need to get taxi's from here as £2.50 gets you 24 hours on a excellent bus service which stops outside the hotel door, in service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Well located hotel. Only had breakfast which was good so can't really comment on the restaurant. Room was clean with good toiletries and towels. Only real drawback was a fair amount of traffic noise during the night.

I booked this hotel based on the good reviews and photos and was glad I did. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable although the room was small they made clever use of the space and had good facilites and the walk in shower was excellent! The staff were very helpful the only downside for us was it was bit further from the main streets than we would have liked although there is bus stop right outside and the staff will call you a taxi.

The tourist info centre on princes street is really good for arranging trips and things such as the ghost tours. I would also suggest if you're going out to restaurants and bars to get a taxi number, as we struggled on the Sat nite to get one. We were waiting for over an hour they just drove past often with no one in! It was really frustrating and in the end we ended up getting a taxi bike which is more expensive! george street is good for trendy bars such as tonic, ricks, the living room and tiger lilly is stunning! it does have posers in there but its amazing and you don't pay to get in oh and try a mojito a great cocktail!
